reachpad lets Claude, Codex and other coding agents build full-stack apps in persistent workspaces and share them by link, without a separate deployment.
Snapshot a workspace: freeze its filesystem and seal its event log. The next command cold-boots from this snapshot. Checkpoints are cheap and live in git history: fork a workspace to branch off a different path, then continue work in either one.
Expose a port from a workspace to the internet. The port must be bound inside the workspace; once exposed it is reachable from a generated public URL.
Create a persistent development workspace: a filesystem and processes that survive between calls. Optionally clone a git repository into it. Returns the workspace id used by every other tool.
Stop exposing a port from a workspace.
Delete a workspace: its filesystem, its process list, and every snapshot it ever had. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Fork a workspace: branch off a new independent copy at the current snapshot or at a named one. Both the fork and the original can be worked on in parallel; they do not interfere.

Show this account's remaining compute credits. One credit runs one standard workspace for one minute; paused workspaces use no compute credits.
What a workspace resumes from: its head snapshot, how far its log had got, and its fork tree. Every start is a cold boot from the head snapshot: files survive, running processes do not.
List all exposed ports for a workspace.
List this account's workspaces, with how many forks each has.
Pause a workspace: it stops spending compute credits, but you can resume it at any time and it picks up where it left off. A paused workspace holds no plan slot and the process list freezes in place.
Run one command in a workspace and get its exit code and output. Not a shell: pass argv as a list, and ask for a shell explicitly with ["/bin/sh","-lc","…"] if you want one. A paused workspace resumes to serve this.
Generate a shareable link for a workspace. Anyone with the link can view the workspace and its history, but only the owner can run commands.
