Self-hostable Google Search Console MCP server for analytics, URL inspection, sitemaps, indexing, and SEO reporting on Cloudflare Workers.
Strong foundation with 23 well-named tools covering Google Search Console operations. All tools have descriptions (avg 85 chars) and input schemas with typed parameters. Naming follows verb_noun convention (analytics.query, sites.list, urls.inspect). However, descriptions are terse (many under 100 chars) and lack WHEN/WHY guidance. Output schemas are not documented, LLMs cannot predict response structure for chaining. Error handling is absent from visible code. Parameter descriptions are minimal; many lack format/constraint details. No confirmation patterns for destructive operations (sites.delete, indexing.remove). Rate limiting is well-designed but not surfaced to LLMs.
Compare Search Analytics performance between two date ranges
Query Search Analytics data with dimensions and metrics
List pages indexed by Google for a Search Console property
Request Google to remove a URL from the index
Request Google to crawl and index a URL
Check the indexing status of a URL
Output schemas not documented. LLMs cannot predict response structure (fields, types, pagination) for downstream tool chaining. E.g., analytics.query returns what fields? Is there a next_cursor for pagination?
Destructive operations (sites.delete, sitemaps.delete, indexing.request, indexing.remove) lack confirmation/dry-run patterns. Agents can irreversibly delete properties or request removal without safeguards.

Parameter descriptions lack format/constraint details. E.g., 'start_date' says 'YYYY-MM-DD format' but no validation guidance. 'min_impressions' and 'min_page_percentage' have defaults mentioned but not enforced in schema.
No error handling guidance visible in tool definitions. LLMs cannot know if a 'site not found' error is retryable, user-fixable, or fatal. No recovery suggestions.
Rate limit policies (tool-rate-limit.ts) are well-designed but not exposed to LLMs. Agents cannot see that analytics.query is limited to 30 calls/10min or that indexing.request is capped at 2/day per user.
